How long does delivery take?

Basic Mail: 3-5 business days via USPS First-Class
Certified Mail: 3-7 business days with tracking and signature confirmation

What is an Evidence Packet?

An Evidence Packet is a court-ready PDF containing your original document, proof of mailing, tracking history, delivery confirmation, and recipient signature. It's automatically generated for all Certified tier mailings and can be used as legal evidence of delivery.

Can I cancel or edit a letter after sending?

Once a letter enters our print queue, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, you can cancel before processing begins (usually within 1-2 hours of submission). Contact support immediately if you need to cancel.

What if my mail is returned?

If mail is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient refusal, you'll be notified immediately. We do not provide refunds for returned mail, but you can resend at a discounted rate. Address verification before sending helps prevent this issue.

How do I get my money back?

Refunds are available only if we fail to process your mail due to our error, or if you cancel before printing begins. See our Terms of Service for complete refund policy details.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF files only. Your PDF should be:

  • Letter size (8.5" × 11")
  • Under 5 MB
  • Black and white or color
  • At least 200 DPI resolution
